Whether you have changed your mind or received a faulty product, our team is committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our designated returns center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and proof of postage.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
